Following my cancer diagnosis and treatment and autoimmune disease resulting in rheumatism to all my joints, and with the steroid treatment that is elevating my blood sugars, I'm looking into healthier eating and researching Microgreens and will be taking my readers along for the ride in the coming months and weeks, as I trial different ways of growing and varieties of seeds and greens to grow and consume.
