More Paving Slabs From Freecycle

Another nice Freecycle find for the allotment in the form of patio slabs from a nice person called Sophie, who only lives 3-5 minutes away.

Won on Monday and arranged to collect today as it was full on rain yesterday and the weather forecast was dry-ish for today.

I cleared to boot of my wife's wheelchair and other items and laid a tarp before stacking the patio slabs in the boot to take to the allotment.

The area-coloured red is the extent that the paving has covered.
I laid the paving straight down onto the woodchipped paths.

Paving at the back of Bed 15 which is now the Asparagus Bed looking down the plot. Hopefully this will stop so much mares-tail coming up next year and I will be able to pull it up out of the woodchip areas a lot faster than this year.
