In July 2019 A High Court order overturned the decision to ban metaldehyde slug pellet products, with immediate effect. So many companies had sold off their stock and holding of these pellets and many allotment holders had stocked up on the pellets being sold off cheap.
Now it looks like the sequel has arrived, question is will it get overturned once more?
