Camillas Countryliving

 

I have this fellow allotment site rep, who also loves Tomatoes and she keeps finding new sources for interesting tomatoes. After saying I defiantly don't need any more tomatoes for this year, she made me aware of Camillas Countryliving and after I went to surf her website, it was a bit like an encounter with the Borg, resistance was futile and I bought the three micro tomatoes above.

Camilla Fredriksen is a Norwegian living in Aberlour Scotland with her family. She decided to stay in Scotland after a weeks salmon fishing. She is obsessed with Tomatoes, there are a lot of us out there who are. In 2025 she grew over 300 varieties to see which ones can handle the Scottish Summer. 

On her web site, she offers 29 varieties of Cherry & Plum tomatoes, 69 Beefsteak and Oxheart tomatoes. 31 Dwarf and Bush tomatoes and 25 Micro Bush tomatoes.

I emailed Camilla as there were no quantities of seeds listed on the varieties I was interested in and she answered the same day informing me that packs contain between 10 - 15 seeds. I also asked permission to harvest images and write about her and her seed selling enterprise and she granted permission for me to do so.  

I have added her web site on my left hand margin under "Everything Tomatoes" so we can all find her web site again, I will become an annual visitor and I will no doubt be buying more varieties to trial from her.

Now I need to go and update my list of Tomato seeds I have.....
