Bed 16 & Last Of The Woodchip

A good productive morning on the allotment. Bed 16 watered in again, top level of framing placed on the base level. All the weeds on the paths treated with weed killer which should show results in 5 - 10 Days.  

The top and bottom raised bed frameworks will need screwing together next visit. 

Five new heavy duty pots with handles from Freecycle filled up with the last of the woodchips from the allotment, and a message sent to our tame tree surgeon requesting a drop off of path quality woodchips when possible ASAP.

I made a sun shield along the bottom of the windows of the potting shed to help stop the water in the bottom of the self watering pop bottle propagators from going green, and they are primed and ready for seed sowing on my next visit to the potting shed.
