The clocks have gone back, I had an extra hour in bed and got up thinking that the weather was going to be dry in the morning and wet in the afternoon.
My daughters had arranged to keep an eye on my wife so I could get down to Avalon (my two half plots) to play with the mud and have a tidy up and harvest the last of the spuds in buckets and it's raining, and the rain appears to be in for the day now!
So yes, at the moment I feel like a sad monkey.....
