Freecycle Filing Cabinet

I have been looking on Freecycle for a while and have tried to obtain a set of drawers for my potting shed to replace the blowaway greenhouse inside that I have trays and modules stacked on. This Filing Cabinet came up on Freecycle on Monday the 5th and I won it and picked it up last night.

I explained to the lady who had posted the item that I have mobility issues and she responded that her husband and her son would help me get it into the car, and indeed they did.

Now I just need to arrange some assistance to decant it from the car and get it into my potting shed.

Update - I went to the allotment this morning and was glad to find the Jury rigged solution to the greenhouse dorma had survived the winds over Christmas and was still in place.

With the sun on the potting shed and the walled allotment, it was not too cold down there to decant all the seed trays and modules out of the blow away, and then relocate the blow away next to the plot 1 shed.

I sent the photographs of the before and after making room for the filing cabinet in the potting shed to my daughter Kelly, and she asked if I would like her to come and help me decant the filing cabinet from the car and get it into the potting shed.

I bit her arm off and said yes and within 15 minutes she was there and we used the sack barrow to take the cupboard from the car in the car park into the potting shed.

The Filing Cabinet is an idea size and fits between the two stud timbers to the rear wall of the potting shed. It was time to return home for lunch, and bless Kelly's little cotton socks, she had made that for me, when I got back home as well.

Next visit will be moving all the seed trays and modules from their temporary homes back into the potting sheds new filing cabinet and having a further tidy up, before re assembling the greenhouse dormer.
